Rev. Fr. Dr. Herbert Obioma Opara, C.S.Sp. is a Catholic Priest of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit (Spiritans). He hails from Amike in Orlu Local Govenrment Area of Imo State. He has worked in different fields of the Ministry.
He has diploma in Philosophy (Spiritan School of Philosophy, Isienu Nsukka), B.A in Religion (University of Nigeria, Nsukka), Masters in Theology (Duquesne University, Pittsburg USA), PGD in Education (Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka), Masters and Doctorate Degree in Religion (Imo State University, Owerri), among others.
He is presently a Lecturer at Legacy University Okija, Anambra State and also the Vice rector of Holy Ghost Juniorate, Ihiala.
